Food isn’t optional

We all have to eat - multiple times a day, every single day. I believe food should be delicious, nutritious, and relatively easy. There is no food guilt on this blog. There are no “naughty” foods, no calorie counts, no skipping the butter. Salads, pasta, roasted veggies, and cakes all have a place in my recipe book.

I also believe that good food is worth the effort. There’s nothing I love more than a one-pot meal, so I work on minimizing the amount of dishes and whittling down the steps. But sometimes good things can’t be rushed, and a stomach full of delicious food is a very good thing.
